Joe Glik Park

Elliot and Jeremy Glik were delivering freight to our Edwardsville store and decided to stop at their grandpa’s park.  Joe Glik Park was donated by none other than Joe Glik, along with two grants from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.  Charity has always been important to Joe Glik, who enjoys helping others and does so as much as he can.

Located at 710 East Lake Dr in Edwardsville, IL, the park, which is over 42 acres, has a playground, two fishing lakes, a fishing deck, 2500 feet of trails, picnic pavilions, sand volleyball courts and tons of room to run and play.

That is not all the park has to offer.  Joe and Judith Glik planted a tree for each of their grandchildren the year they were born.  Jeremy and Elliot snapped a few pictures of their trees, along with Andie’s and Peter’s trees as well.
