Mother’s Day Gift Guide 2019
Mother’s Day is a perfect time to show mom just how much you love and appreciate her. There’s nothing like quality time, but if you’re looking for a sweet gift she can hold close to her heart long after her special day comes and goes, this is just the guide for you. The 4-Loop Four-Color Interlocking Bangle
This new interlocking bangle is one of my favorite pieces in the whole CMD family. Speaking of family… we have one incredible customer who has altered this piece to represent each of her grandchildren – she’s up to 7 interlocking bracelets and her piece is in the shop right now to add on #8! It’s the sweetest thing. We do hand-make each and every piece to order here at CMD, so we always consider special requests, customizations, alterations and repairs. The Mini Tri-Toned Arc Necklace
For the classic, yet trendsetting mama, the mini Tri-Toned Arc Necklace makes a sublime everyday statement piece. There are four versions of this necklace; available on a silver chain with rose or yellow gold, the other on a rose or yellow gold chain. It’s a classic.
Family comes in many sizes and shapes, many colors and languages, and that’s what I hoped to represent with this customizable design. Originally designed for a badass mama friend of mine, I created the Familia Necklace to represent her four children. Customize mom’s necklace and choose from 2-6 rings for each member of her familia. Each circle on the Familia Necklace can be a different shape, a different size, a different metal (either gold or silver, and you select the chain color). If you’ve got a big ‘ol group you’d like to represent, just shoot us a message! The 5-Stack Mixed Shape Ring Stack
There’s no one like mom. Fresh out of my latest Forth Expansion collection, this stack is unlike any other. It’s mixed shape as well as mixed metal and can make the perfect, symbolic gift for the mom that juggles it all, and looks fabulous doing it. Get her something unique, just like her. I’ve had so many bold, awesome customers mix and match stacks of their own with square and rounded square individual rings that I had to offer a curated style for the rest of ya’ll. They looked way too good not to! And this stack ring will not disappoint. There are two versions – one with oxidized silver for an edgy touch, and one without.
Committing to a full stack of rings is an investment, I know… not unlike really good denim. So, if you have a tighter budget, purchasing an individual ring (or three) is a great way to establish a very personalized and symbolic stack for mom. Add a ring for each momentous life moment, child, or family member. You can also create a gift tradition… it’s really fun to get creative with it! Fair warning, though – I’ve been told that CMD stacking can become a mild addiction.
