Looking on the Sunny Side

Summertime in NYC is magical. Icy cocktails during scorching days; balmy evenings under twinkling lights; roaring waves beckoning us away from the concrete jungle and straight to the beach. While I adore every minute I spend in the oasis of my San Francisco home, a foggy July just doesn’t do summer justice.

Days at the beach are meant for casual style, and CMD jewels are the ultimate summer accessory. Light hoop earrings look smashing under a sun hat, while a comfortable square ring provides perfect pizazz to fingers holding a daiquiri. For those hitting the pavement, the clamoring of a wrist full of bangles is bound to make you smile while you’re hailing a cab.

Born and raised an East Coaster, I long for bright summer months. I’ll be soaking it up during my NYC trip to NY NOW, with a few chances to step away from work and feel the sand beneath my toes.
