Just Over Our Little Red Bridge

One of my favorite spots in the Bay Area is Cavallo Point. This luxury retreat is nestled right across the San Francisco Bay at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge (gloriously stunning views). A former Army base, Cavallo Point is now home to historic lodging, high-end shopping and world-class dining – all of which attracts locals and travelers alike.

The Cavallo Point Mercantile is an oasis of elegant, ethical, unique and local merchandise. I adore the ambiance and the products found in this retail space. I am proud to say Leigh, the retail buyer for The Cavallo Point Mercantile, is a fan of CMD. I have loved getting to know her through the years and watching her don her various CMD collection. She orchestrates two or three trunk shows a year, with the holiday show being the largest. This year there are roughly 15 local vendors participating, all of whom create phenomenal products.

I will be at the Holiday Gifts show again this year with bells, since it’s my favorite way to kick off the holiday season.
